A new approach for better movement

Do you feel limited by physical discomfort, want to improve your general fitness or enhance your performance as an athlete? The Better Movement System is based on the latest findings in functional biomechanics and offers a unique approach to optimising your movement and health – whether you want to be more active in everyday life or increase your performance as an athlete.

Personalised support for tangible results

My first step is a personalised screening of your musculoskeletal system. Together we will identify where your challenges lie and how we can address them. By focusing on the main muscles that cause movement, I develop a tailored exercise programme that is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or ability level

Simple and effective exercises for everyday life

The methods I use, inspired by Feldenkrais and PNF, are not only effective but also easy to integrate into your everyday life. They sustainably improve your movement, alleviate discomfort and help to prevent chronic pain. You will develop a better body awareness and a deeper understanding of your movements.

Together for your success

I firmly believe that you can reach your full potential. Whether you’re getting back into it after an injury or simply want to improve your health and performance, I’ll be with you every step of the way.

Are you ready for change?

Specialist information for doctors, therapists & interested parties about the better-movement System
The Better Movement System represents an innovative approach to functional biomechanics, developed to provide patients with optimised movement therapy. This system is characterised by the following key elements:
New concept of muscle function and musculoskeletal anatomy :
Including spinal dynamics, it offers an independent model that expands and redefines conventional ideas of muscle functions and anatomical relationships.
Neuronal activation:
Special techniques are used to achieve direct neuronal stimulation of the primemovers, which leads to a more efficient muscle response and movement control. The direct transmission of tactile stimulation from the C nerves to the muscle nerves is used in a targeted manner to trigger a specific reaction in the muscles.
Improving the quality of movement:
The main aim is to achieve a lasting improvement in movement patterns in order to prevent complaints and alleviate existing problems.
Integration of proven methods:
The integration of Feldenkrais methods, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) and neurofunctional training g enables a holistic view and treatment of the musculoskeletal system.
Increasing body awareness:
The system aims to improve body awareness and understanding of one’s own movements, leading to better self-awareness and self-regulation.
Focus on primemovers:
By focussing specifically on the primary muscles responsible for joint movements, you can release, lengthen, activate and strengthen these muscle groups and the entire musculoskeletal system more effectively and precisely.
Vector analysis reveals the force vectors generated by the primemover. This analysis also takes into account the interaction with other muscles to understand the overall force and movement.
Functional exercises for everyone:
The system includes functional exercises that can be performed regardless of age, gender and ability level, thus promoting broad applicability in therapy and training.
Prevention of chronic pain:
Optimising movement patterns reduces the risk of chronic pain and discomfort.

Individualised musculoskeletal screening and consideration of the patient’s specific goals are an integral part of the Better Movement System.

We invite doctors and therapists to get in touch with us to discuss the possibilities of working together and offering your patients a complementary therapy option.
