Screening

Every body is unique and our screening is customised to you. We analyse your gait, posture and mobility to get a clear picture of your physical condition. These findings help us to optimise your training.

These findings help us to optimise your training.

Individual exercise programme

We develop an exercise programme tailored to your needs that fits into the daily routine of both newcomers to sport and those returning from injury. Our methods are versatile and effective, suitable both for those who want to promote their health and for athletes who want to improve their performance.

The focus is on having fun and enjoying exercise.

Supervision

We monitor your progress and adjust the training if necessary. Our supervision includes regular assessments to ensure you are on track to achieve your goals.

Prevention and rehabilitation

We see rehabilitation as an integral part of prevention. Our services are divided into primary, secondary and tertiary prevention to meet your individual needs – from promoting general health to specialised care following injuries.

Specialist information for doctors, therapists & interested parties about the better-movement System

Das Better Movement System stellt einen innovativen Ansatz in der funktionalen Biomechanik dar, entwickelt, um Patienten eine optimierte Bewegungstherapie zu bieten. Dieses System zeichnet sich durch folgende Schlüsselelemente aus:

Medically based movement training
Our exercise training is based on the latest medical research and techniques to cover a wide range of needs. We are aimed at patients who are interested in regaining their fitness after medical treatment, as well as competitive athletes and newcomers to sport. Our approach is holistic and aims to achieve long-term health and fitness goals.
Screening
The individual screening includes a thorough analysis of gait, posture and movement patterns. We use both standardised analysis procedures and an experienced diagnostic eye to identify subtle dysfunctions. The results of the screening serve as the basis for creating a personalised training plan.
Individual exercise programme
Each exercise programme is specifically tailored to the needs and goals of the individual. We use a combination of proven methods, such as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and the Feldenkrais method, to optimise neurological and muscular capacities. This promotes an effective and sustainable improvement in physical performance.
Supervision
Our supervision includes continuous monitoring and adaptation of the training programme. We regularly review progress and changes in the musculoskeletal system to ensure optimal adaptation to the patient’s needs. This is particularly important for athletes in order to minimise the risk of re-injury.
Prevention and rehabilitation

Our holistic approach combines prevention and rehabilitation. We offer special programmes for different needs:

  • Primary prevention: For anyone who wants to prevent injuries and improve their health.
  • Secondary prevention: For people with initial symptoms to prevent pain and improve mobility.
  • Tertiary prevention: To prevent recurring injuries through targeted training and adjustments to the musculoskeletal system.

Our aim is to strengthen patients physically and mentally so that they can perform better at work, in sport and in everyday life.

Individualised musculoskeletal screening and consideration of the patient’s specific goals are an integral part of the Better Movement System.

We invite doctors and therapists to get in touch with us to discuss the possibilities of working together and offering your patients a complementary therapy option.
